1)Prepare a ratio of 1 cup of tapioca to 5 cups of water.
2)After the boiling water, pour in the tapioca and stir every 10 minutes.
3)When tapioca floats to the top, reduce to low heat and cook for 25 minutes. (Keep stirring during cooking)
4)Turn off the heat and leave the tapioca to sit for 30 minutes.Remove from the heat and rinse tapiocas softness.
5)Add sugar to the drained tapioca and wait for 15 minutes before serving.
6)Adjust (the cooking and /or sitting time according to personal preference on tapiocas softness).
